About

I like hard problems, clear thinking, and products that earn trust.

Current work

A little context

I’m a Product Manager at Databricks in San Francisco . I work on observability across Databricks’ product lines — which means I help teams understand what their data systems are doing, why they’re doing it, and when something breaks. It’s technically difficult because moving large amounts of data around is hard, and the systems involved are deeply technical. It’s also a platform problem by nature: it requires coordination across multiple product lines and engineering teams, solving ambiguous problems, and squaring many different requirements to actually solve customer problems.

Outside my day job, I enjoy trying the latest tools, building things I think are useful, writing about business and technology, cycling, finding good food, and spending time outdoors.

Experience

Background

I studied electrical and computer engineering and biomedical engineering at Duke University. I later earned an MBA in strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

My career has spanned a wide set of roles: marketing and ad tech, product management at AWS, and P&L ownership at both Procter & Gamble and Amazon retail. Each role taught me something different about how products get built, how organizations make decisions, and how to find the signal in the noise.
